Our attention to detail ensures the ultimate levels of quality control and traceability throughout our business. From receipt of ingredients on site through processing, research and development, to the delivery of goods to the end user, traceability and quality of product and service is our focus.
Dairy Products NZ Limited (DPNZ) targets high standards of cleanliness and innovation throughout its processing and hygiene systems. Techniques such as using ozonation and antimicrobial foaming technology, only recently in the market, are one such innovation used throughout the production facility.
As part of DPNZ’s quality management programmes, our manufacturing facilities are subject to regular monitoring and control procedures. DPNZ operates to meet and exceed the requirements of the New Zealand Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) for the production and sale of safe food products. Auditing of compliance to these requirements is undertaken throughout the year by independent certification bodies and auditors who meet MPI’s skills, independence and other criteria such as ISO 17020 accreditation. Eurofins was chosen as the preferred independent supplier of auditing and product testing services by DPNZ.
We respectfully operate under the manufacturing practices of Halal, ensuring our facility and key products meet the requirements to be Certified Halal and are proudly verified by FIANZ.
