Our premises are Dairy Export Registered, which enables us to manage every step of the export process. From manufacture to the port, we can ensure your goods are handled with the care and attention needed to comply with the strictest of regulations. Our experienced team will help guide you through the process from start to finish to ensure your product complies with your country requirements.

We support all of our export products with the correct documentation and advice for compliance to ease clearance at their final destination. Our in-house Compliance team works closely with the Consignee to supply all relevant documentation needed for clearance. We then courier all of the original documents using  TNT Urgent International Courier service to your elected coassignee to ensure we minimise the wait time to begin the clearance process.

An important part of the process is understanding and confirming the label requirements of each country. We achieve this by working closely with our established contacts and also the Consignee elected by the customer in the intended country. We confirm exactly what is required to ensure there are no issues with the labelling once it reaches the end user.

Each container is carefully formatted and stacked to minimise losses during transport. We use corner board protection on all of our pallets to help support double- stacked pallets and fill empty voids with inflatable dunnage bags to minimise movement of the pallets. Finally we lock every container with a traceable MPI Container seal to ensure your product is not tampered with while in transit to its final destination.

From single case samples to multiple pallets for urgent orders, we can efficiently dispatch product to ensure your customers never run out. We work closely with our freight forwarder to ensure your product gets there as quickly as possible.

Our site can accommodate packing 20-foot and 40-foot Full Container Loads (FCL) or Consolidated Multiple Skews (LCL) of our products to minimise your shipping costs. We have multiple packing options including Hand Packing and Single Stacked pallets or Double Stacked individual pallets for easy unloading once they arrive.
